Laura joined the factor 110 | Scissortail Gifts team in October 2017 as an assistant store manager and was named as manager of Destination Oklahoma in October 2018. Laura moved to Oklahoma in 1995 and has been an active participant in the Oklahoma City area, working for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber as well as the State Chamber of Oklahoma. She has a passion for Oklahoma City and is excited to share the history and culture with visitors of the Sooner State. Laura holds a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) designation and is working towards other industry designations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the Lake of the Arbuckles, exploring new places in Oklahoma City, and loves crocheting.

Brian is the owner of factor 110, Destination Oklahoma, 110 events, and Scissortail Gifts. In 2003, Brian moved to Oklahoma to launch his career in event and destination management. In 2011, Ferrell was named one of The Journal Record’s Achievers Under 40 and factor 110 was named the fifth fastest growing company in Oklahoma City in 2011, sixth in 2012, and 20th in 2013. In February 2013, Ferrell was named one of The Journal Record’s “Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs.” factor 110 | 110 events was named OKCbiz magazine’s “Best Event Rental Company” In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.
Ferrell received the 2015 JoAnne O’Connor President’s Award and the company has garnered four international Achievement Awards in Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program, Best Team Building Program, and Best Creative Event from the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI). Ferrell has earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), the Destination Management Certified Professional Designation (DMCP), and Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) designations. Ferrell serves as the 2017 president for the Association of Destination Management Executives International.
